President Trump Gets Ridiculed Over His Super Bowl Tweet

The Kansas City Chiefs are the champions of the Super Bowl LIV.

Millions of fans across America and beyond are still celebrating the team’s big win, including President Donald Trump. The United States’ Commander-in-Chief took to his Twitter account to pat the Chiefs on the back, albeit digitally, but he made a key error.

“Congratulations to the Kansas City Chiefs on a great game, and a fantastic comeback, under immense pressure. You represented the great state of Kansas and, in fact, the entire USA, so very well,” the president tweeted. Social media immediately shared the message and were quick to point out that the Kansas City Chiefs are from Kansas City, Missouri, not Kansas City, Kansas.

Trump and his presidential team recognized his mistake and followed up with a correct congratulatory message. “Congratulations to the Kansas City Chiefs on a great game and a fantastic comeback under immense pressure. We are proud of you and the Great State of Missouri. You are true Champions!”
